Shipping & Return Policies

All of our shipping is handled using the US Postal Service (USPS).  Our website has been designed around using an integrated USPS automated postage calculator, and you are able to choose various methods of shipping depending on your needs.

Our international shipping has been greatly improved with the update to our website.  Current, accurate shipping costs are instantly calculated, and choices for delivery methods are also available.  Note:  Crawford Performance Engineering is not responsible for additional customs/duty fees encountered with the delivery of your order once it reaches your home country.


Items may be returned for a full product refund if they are complete and in their original packaging, or if there was an error within the product description on the Crawford Performance Engineering website.  Due to the nature of electronic devices, a refund will only be provided for items that have not been installed and are returned in the original, unopened (sealed), packaging.  Unless there was an error in packing your order Crawford Performance Engineering is not liable for return postage, but we will provide a replacement item (once return is received) at our expense.

Items not Received:

If your order tracking shows as being lost in the mail system, Crawford Performance Engineering can either provide a refund or reship your order at our discretion.  If your item shows as delivered, we will 1st work with you and the post office to determine exactly where your package was delivered.  Crawford Performance Engineering is NOT responsible for packages scanned as delivered to your address that may be subsequently missing, and no refund or re-shipment of your order will occur.  You are responsible for maintaining a secure area (or PO Box) to ensure packages can be safely left and are not stolen.
